Trade Exposition successfully completed first wedding event under its brand of The Solitaire Park.

(Santrampur – Gujarat,  – Trade Exposition ventured in the field of setting-up Wedding Decor & Management by setting-up the Sangeet of over 1500 VIP Guests here in Santrampur. “It was a challenging task as we were given just 2 days to set-up an entire event out of nothing, says Sanyal Gupta – Business Head, Trade Exposition. He further says, “Santrampur is a small village near Godhara where there is no facilties for accomodation and food. The venue was a plain un-levelled ground adjacent to the owner’s Hero Honda showroom. Hence we laid down 35,000 sqft of carpet on entire ground and set-up cloth wall baricadding to seprate event area from rest of the place. Since it was a premier event, we ensured in quality for all decor and furnishing material. All cloth and carpet used in the event was brand new. We arranged 500 people seating at one time with our VIP Leather Sofa sets, round tables and banquet chairs. We set-up the LED backdrop stage with ramp where LED could slide from center to make the best entry for the couple on a motorbike and made path way in red carpet to get them a ride of their life. In a typical wedding set-up there are so many elements which needs to be deployed and taken care of at single point of time. Lights, Generators, Fabrication, Furnishings, AV, Catering, Live Performance Management, Gate Set-up, etc.

It takes a whole team’s day and night efforts to manage such a large scale event in couple of days time, and in particular wedding events, where the client’s high profile image and reputation is at stake, which adds pressure.
