Trade Exposition venturing in the field of In-lit Furniture and Display – ZOCI VOCI.

Trade Exposition successfully completed first wedding event under its brand of The Solitaire Park.

(Santrampur – Gujarat,  – Trade Exposition ventured in the field of setting-up Wedding Decor & Management by setting-up the Sangeet of over 1500 VIP Guests here in Santrampur. “It was a challenging task as we were given just 2 days to set-up an entire event out of nothing, says Sanyal Gupta – Business Head, Trade Exposition. He further says, “Santrampur is a small village near Godhara where there is no facilties for accomodation and food. The venue was a plain un-levelled ground adjacent to the owner’s Hero Honda showroom. Hence we laid down 35,000 sqft of carpet on entire ground and set-up cloth wall baricadding to seprate event area from rest of the place. Since it was a premier event, we ensured in quality for all decor and furnishing material. All cloth and carpet used in the event was brand new. We arranged 500 people seating at one time with our VIP Leather Sofa sets, round tables and banquet chairs. We set-up the LED backdrop stage with ramp where LED could slide from center to make the best entry for the couple on a motorbike and made path way in red carpet to get them a ride of their life. In a typical wedding set-up there are so many elements which needs to be deployed and taken care of at single point of time. Lights, Generators, Fabrication, Furnishings, AV, Catering, Live Performance Management, Gate Set-up, etc.

It takes a whole team’s day and night efforts to manage such a large scale event in couple of days time, and in particular wedding events, where the client’s high profile image and reputation is at stake, which adds pressure. I feel glad that my team pulled it off successfully in its very first attempt. The objective of creating The Solitaire Park as a seprate brand is only that it focuses only on personal events and gets all resources right to make it the best memorable day for our client and their family. Trade Exposition adds 9000 sqft workshop area dedicated to Stall Pre-Fabrication.

– Trade Exposition has added a 9000 sqft (Indoor + Outdoor) space near Sanathal Cross Roads in Ahmedabad, which will serve as dedicated Stall Pre-Fabrication space for exhibition booth designing segment. “This is a decision we have taken looking at the up-coming major trade shows coming up in Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Bhuj & Gandhinagar.” says Sanyal Gupta (Business Head – Trade Exposition).

He adds,”We have been awarded several contracts to design & build the exhibition stands in the forthcoming shows like VCCI Expo 2014, Heat Treat Show 2014, Gujarat Gold Jewellery Show 2014, Vibrant Gujarat 2015, Indinox – Steel

Expo 2015, Plastindia 2015, Vibrant Kutch 2015, etc. With CNC Router machine installed now we can give shape to any design element in the stall. The craftsmen are completely equipped with today’s technology in the form of Power drills, Cutter machines, Jig-saw machines, Vacuum Cleaner, etc. Having added this facility and with having all stall materials, accessories and facilities like furnishing, electrical, carpeting, AV equipments, Wood & Platform in house, we are confident of answering any last minute requirements. Having dedicated maintenance personnel for cleaning and finishing of the stalls along with the skilled craft men, this Infrastructure will strengthen our back support while catering to the needs of every upcoming trade show.”

Trade Exposition’s newly added space ensures even better outputs, as all the

wooden structure and prefabrication will now be done at the workshop and there will be ample time available on site, that can be utilized to execute the smallest detail of a design.
